Fruit-Glazed Steak
- 1/2 cup A.1. Original Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. apricot preserves
- 2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 beef top round steak (1-1/2 lb.)
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix steak sauce, preserves, soy sauce and ginger.
- Grill steak 7 to 8 min.
- on each side or until medium doneness (160F), brushing with 1/4 cup of the steak sauce mixture for the last 2 min.
- of the grilling time.
- Remove steak from grill.
- Let steak stand 5 min.
- before slicing.
- Meanwhile, heat remaining steak sauce mixture.
- Serve over the steak.
