Quick & Easy Ramen Stir Fry

  1. Cut beef into thin strips.
  2. Spray 12 inch skillet with cooking spray; heat.
  3. Cook beef in skillet until brown.
  4. Remove beef from skillet.
  5. Heat water to boiling in skillet.
  6. Break noodles from soup into water; stir until slightly softened.
  7. Stir in vegetables.
  8. heat to boiling.
  9. Boil 5 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  10. Stir in contents of seasoning packet for soup mix, stir fry sauce and beef.
  11. Cook 2 minutes until hot.
