Molasses Cookies Drops Recipe

• 1 egg
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 c. molasses
• 3 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 teaspoon cream of tartar
• 1 c. hot tea
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 c. shortening, melted
• 5 c. flour

1. Mix the above ingredients together.
2. Drop by the tsp.
3. on a greased cookie sheet.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 min.
5. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
6. Can be frzn.
