Chickpea Salad with Cucumber and Tomato
- 15 ounces chickpeas (garbanzo beans) can, drained
- 1/2 each onions chopped
- 1/2 each cucumbers sliced
- 1 each tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 cup vinegar red wine
- 1/2 cup vinegar balsamic
- In a medium bowl combine chickpeas, onion, cucumber, tomato, red wine vinegar and balsamic vinegar.
- Mix well and serve.
