Easy Tomato and Cucumber Salad

• 2 cups chopped cucumber (about 1 large)
• 2 medium tomatoes, cut into chunks
• 1/2 cup coarsely chopped green peppers
• 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
• 1/2 cup Kraft Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
• 1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
• 1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09

1. Toss all ingredients.
2. Serve immediately.
3. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
