Texas Red Chili (Hot) Recipe

  1. Cook and stir beef, onion and garlic in oil in 4 qt Dutch oven till beef is brown.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese, tortilla, and beans.
  3. Heat to boiling.
  4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, till beef is tender, about 2 hrs.
  5. Serve with cheese, tortillas, and beans.
  6. Makes 6 servings.
