Pear Crumb Pie

  1. Combine filling ingredients; spoon into pasty shell.
  2. Bake at 400F for 25 minutes.
  3. For topping, combine flour and brown sugar; cut in butter until crumbly.
  4. Sprinkle over filling.
  5. Bake 40 minutes longer.
  6. Cover edges with foil if necessary.
