Chili Con Carne

  1. Spray 10-inch skillet with nonfat cooking spray.
  2. Set over moderate heat for 30 seconds.
  3. Add ground beef and chicken.
  4. Stir often until no longer pink (4 to 5 minutes).
  5. Push to one side of the skillet.
