Avocado Professional Pancake
- 2 california avocados
- 5 red chili peppers
- 1 onion
- 3 eggs
- 3 potatoes
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 lime
- 1 12 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- First the pancakes: Mix together flour, sugar and salt and gradually add eggs, milk, and butter.
- (I thank "An Apple Day" Cook Book very much for giving me it's recipe for pancakes.

- Beat together and pour out, in lightly greased griddle, to a 5 inch diameter circle.
- Cook the eggs, scrambled.
- Now for the filling: Microwave the potatoes and mash it in another bowl.
- Add a squeeze of lime juice in the mix and cut the onion and add it then dazzle the salt.
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the nut.
- Do the same with the other avocado and put in a big bowl.
- Slice all chili pepper's and put them in the mashed potatoes aswell.
- Get ready to eat and make any change's to the recipe.
