Low Calorie Sparkling Orange Punch Bowl

  1. Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  2. Refrigerate 15 minutes.
  3. Gently stir in club soda.
  4. Pour into clear 2-1/2-quart glass punch bowl; cover.
  5. (For extra sparkling bubbles, refrigerate 15 minutes, then gently stir for 5 seconds.)
  6. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  7. Top with fruit just before serving.
  8. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
