Low Calorie Sparkling Orange Punch Bowl
- 3 cups boiling water
- 2 pkg. (8-serving size each) JELL-O Orange Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
- 1-1/4 qt. (5 cups) cold club soda or seltzer
- 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup seedless red grapes, halved Target 1 lb For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 1/2 cup seedless green grapes, halved Target 1 lb For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 1 kiwi, sliced
- Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
- Refrigerate 15 minutes.
- Gently stir in club soda.
- Pour into clear 2-1/2-quart glass punch bowl; cover.
- (For extra sparkling bubbles, refrigerate 15 minutes, then gently stir for 5 seconds.)
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
- Top with fruit just before serving.
- Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
