Avocado Stuffed Tomatoes

  1. Cut tops off tomatoes and scoop out insides.
  2. Save insides for another dish.
  3. Mash avocado and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Stuff into the tomato shells.
  5. Particularly good as an appetizer to a Mexican meal.
