Grapefruit & Yogurt Pops

• 2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
• 2 cups pink grapefruit sections
• 1 teaspoon grapefruit zest
• 1 teaspoon lemon extract or 1 teaspoon orange extract
• 1 cup powdered sugar

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until smooth.
2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
