Creamy Chicken Parmesan Pasta
- 8 ounces, weight Spaghetti Noodles
- 1 pound Chicken, Skinless, Boneless Cut Into Bite Size Pieces
- 1/4 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 package Progresso Recipe Starter, Creamy Parmesan Flavor, 9 Ounce Package
- 13 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- 1 sprig Fresh Basil
- 1/4 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Cook pasta according to package directions then drain it and set aside.
- Meanwhile in a skillet over medium heat add chicken broth and chicken.
- Bring to a boil then cook until chicken is no longer pink.
- Stir in the Progresso Recipe Starter ingredients.
- Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
- Stir in mozzarella cheese.
- Evenly divide pasta between four plates and evenly divide pasta sauce over the top of the spaghetti.
- Garnish with shredded Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
