Cheesy Potato Skins

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; scoop out centres, leaving 1/4-inch-thick shells.
  3. Cut shells crosswise in half.
  4. Place, skin-sides down, on baking sheet; brush with butter.
  5. Bake 20 min.
  6. or until golden brown.
  7. Fill shells evenly with Velveeta.
  8. Bake an additional 4 to 5 min.
  9. or until Velveeta begins to melt.
  10. Top with remaining ingredients.
