Strawberry Daiquiris

• 12 cup light rum
• 12 cup crushed ice
• 3 scoops sherbet (any flavor)
• 6 large strawberries (or any fruit to mix or match with the sherbet flavors)
• 4 strawberries (to garnish)

1. Put all but garnish berries in blender.
2. Mix until smooth.
3. Pour immediately into 4 glasses.
4. Garnish with strawberries.
5. Serve at once.
