Beef Tacos

  1. Heat the oven to 225u0b0.
  2. Warm the taco shells in the heated oven.
  3. Brown the beef in a frying pan.
  4. Stir in the ground chiles, oregano, cumin, garlic and salt.
  5. Cook until the flavors blend about 5 minutes.
  6. Take the taco shells from the oven and raise the heat to 400u0b0.
  7. Fill the taco shells with the meat mixture.
  8. Add cheese.
  9. Heat in the oven until cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Top with lettuce, onion and tomato.
  10. Serve with salsa.
