Spicy Corn and Poblano

  1. Grill poblano or roast on gas burner.
  2. Peel off skin; remove seeds and dice.
  3. Microwave corn until hot following package directions.
  4. drain.
  5. Add up to 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (careful), or to taste and same with butter or margarine.
  6. Mix poblanos in and serve!
