Brazilian Coffee Sweet Recipe

  1. Beat sugars and butter till smooth.
  2. Add in Large eggs.
  3. Blend in coffee, cream and vanilla.
  4. (It will look very curdled, but will smooth out during baking).
  5. Spoon into 8 - 5 ounce.
  6. custard c., filling no more than 2/3's full as it will bubble up.
  7. Place on cookie sheet.
  8. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 min, till puffed and crusted.
  9. Mix underneath will seem liquidy.
  10. Remove from oven and cold.
  11. The puddings will fall, leaving a hollow into that the coffee ice cream can be spooned.
  12. Top with scoops of ice cream.
  13. Serves 8.
