Small Patty Pan Squash Recipe

  1. Wash squash.
  2. Place in large saucepan; cover with water.
  3. Salt to taste.
  4. Cook till tender crisp.
  5. Add in peas, continue cooking till vegetables are tender.
  6. Drain.
  7. Toss with butter, if you like.
  8. Serve as an edible garnish on a meat platter.
