Veggie Packed Sweet-Savory Pork Rice Bowl

  1. Cut the vegetables into bite sized pieces.
  2. Saute the pork and carrots.
  3. Stir in the cabbage, shimeji mushrooms and rehydrated wood ear mushrooms.
  4. Add the combined sauce ingredients.
  5. Pour in the katakuriko slurry to thicken if you like.
  6. Top with a soft poached egg (optional).
