Chicken And Sausage Soup Recipe
- 4 (16 ounce.) cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- 8 drops warm sauce
- 1 c. diced onion
- 1 c. diced green pepper
- 1 c. mushrooms (can use canned)
- 2 cans tomato soup, undiluted
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 3 c. cooked chicken
- 2 links or possibly patties warm sausage, browned
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 1/2 c. sliced pimento-stuffed olives
- Bring first 7 ingredients to a boil and simmer 30 min.
- Add in the next 4 ingredients and simmer 5-10 min.
- Add in the last 2 ingredients.
- Yield: 10-12 servings.
- Can be frzn.
