Shrimp Breakfast Tacos

  1. Heat oil to medium high heat.
  2. Add onions and cook until translucent.
  3. Add peppers and mushrooms.
  4. Cook half way.
  5. Add shrimp and seasoning.
  6. Cook until heated.
  7. Mix eggs and daily.
  8. Pour over the shrimp and vegetables.
  9. Optional - add cilantro/parsley.
  10. When eggs are done, place in a tortilla and enjoy.
  11. Also, you may want to top with cheese.
  12. Burrito version
