Chicken & Apple Salad

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  3. Place chicken patties on prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 12 minutes, turning once.
  5. Meanwhile, divide salad greens, apples and nuts among four dinner plates.
  6. Drizzle each with 2 tablespoons vinaigrette.
  7. Remove cutlets from oven and transfer to a cutting board.
  8. Slice cutlets into strips.
  9. Fan over salad and sprinkle each with 2 teaspoons asiago.
