Chocolate Sheet Cake(Makes 12 Servings)

• 2 c. all-purpose flour
• 2 c. granulated sugar
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 c. water
• 1 c. (2 sticks) Parkay
• 70% vegetable oil spread, divided
• 1/2 c. vegetable oil
• 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa, divided
• 1/2 c. buttermilk
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 2 tsp. vanilla, divided
• 1 tsp. cider vinegar
• 6 Tbsp. milk
• 1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar

1. To Make Cake:
2. In large bowl, sift together flour, sugar and salt.
3. In saucepan, over medium-high heat, heat water, 1/2 cup (1 stick) spread, oil and 1/4 cup cocoa to a boil, stirring constantly.
4. Pour into flour mixture, stirring until smooth.
5. Blend in buttermilk, eggs, baking soda, 1 teaspoon vanilla and vinegar until smooth.
6. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
8. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
