Tomato And Bacon Pasta Salad

  1. Saute bacon 5 minutes until browned; remove bacon with slotted spoon to cup lined with paper towel.
  2. Discarding all but 1 tablespoon fat, heat skillet on medium-high and saute tomatoes one minute.
  3. Add garlic; saute 30 seconds.
  4. Add pepper, oil and vinegar and mix well.
  5. Place remaining ingredients in serving bowl; top
  6. with bacon and tomato and mix and toss.
  7. Makes 4 servings.
