Refreshing and Delicious Stir-Fry with Pork Offcuts
- 100 grams Coarsely chopped pork (thin)
- 1/4 tsp Kombu tea
- 1/2 tsp Dashi soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil (for stir frying)
- 1 tsp Rice vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 3 shakes Black pepper
- Cut the pork into suitable sizes.
- Ready the ingredients labeled .
- Marinate the pork in the mixture of ingredients and rub in.
- Leave for 10 minutes.
- During this time, prepare the ingredients.
- Add the vegetable oil and the ingredients from Step 2 to the pan and heat.
- Add the ingredients and stir (let the moisture evaporate).
- Put on a plate and serve.
- I really enjoyed the rich taste of the "Jukumi" vinegar.
