Sesame-BBQ Chicken Wings
- 3 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
- 2 tsp. chili-garlic sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1 lb. chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. sesame seed
- Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl until blended.
- Mix 1 Tbsp.
- with barbecue sauce; reserve for later use.
- Add wings to remaining sauce; toss to coat.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- to marinate.
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove wings from marinade; discard marinade.
- Spread wings onto foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 15 min.
- Brush both sides of wings with reserved barbecue sauce mixture.
- Bake 5 min.
- or until chicken is done.
- Sprinkle with onions and seed.
