Herb Sauce

  1. Put mustard in blender with lemon juice, pulse a few times.
  2. Slowly add oil in a stream until mixture emulsifies.
  3. Transfer to container stir through remaining ingredients.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
