Greek Burger with Tzatziki Sauce
- 1/4 pounds Ground Beef (or More, If You Like)
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
- 1 Roll Or Burger Bun, Toasted
- 1 slice Tomato
- 1/4 cups Spinach Leaves
- 2 Tablespoons Tzatziki Sauce, Divided (Recipe Included)
- 2 Tablespoons Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 3/4 cups Greek Yogurt
- 1 clove Garlic, Peeled And Minced
- 1/2 whole Cucumber, Diced
- 1 teaspoon Chopped Dill
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- For beef into a patty.
- Season with salt, pepper and the oregano on both sides.
- Heat the oil in a cast iron pan and cook to desired doneness.
- Combine all the ingredients for the tzatziki sauce in a bowl and mix.
- When burger is cooked the way you like it, spread 1 tablespoon of the sauce on the bottom of a toasted roll.
- Add the burger, tomato, spinach and remaining sauce.
- Sprinkle on the feta cheese.
