Susie Qs Sweet N Sour Chicken
- 1 cup Rice
- 1 pound Chicken Breast
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 16 ounces, weight Frozen Stir-fry Vegetables
- 1/2 cups Sweet And Sour Sauce
- Cook the rice according to the package directions.
- While the rice is cooking, cut the chicken into bite size pieces.
- Put the oil in a large pan over medium high heat and swirl to coat the bottom.
- Put the chicken in the heated pan and season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce.
- Cook chicken on medium-high heat until cooked through (should no longer be pink).
- Add the vegetables and stir.
- Once the rice is cooked, add it to the chicken and vegetables.
- Then stir in the sweet and sour sauce, coating everything well.
- Cook until the vegetables are heated through and serve!
