Cherry Cloud Dessert

  1. Beat Neufchatel, sugar and extract in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  2. Gently stir in COOL WHIP.
  3. Cut cake horizontally into 3 layers.
  4. Stack layers on plate, spreading Neufchatel mixture between layers and on top of cake.
  5. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  6. Top with pie filling.
