Cherry Cloud Dessert
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/8 tsp. almond extract
- 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) angel food cake
- 1 cup canned cherry pie filling
- Beat Neufchatel, sugar and extract in large bowl with mixer until blended.
- Gently stir in COOL WHIP.
- Cut cake horizontally into 3 layers.
- Stack layers on plate, spreading Neufchatel mixture between layers and on top of cake.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Top with pie filling.
