Melt In Your Mouth Muffins Recipe
- 2 1/3 c. Master Mix for Muffins
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Butter muffin pans.
- Put dry ingredients in bowl.
- Add in lowfat milk and egg; stir till mix is just moistened, batter should be lumpy.
- Fill muffin pans 2/3 full.
- Bake 15-20 min till golden.
- Makes 12 large muffins.
