Baked Ducks Recipe
- 4 x Ducks
- 1 x Orange
- 1 x Apple
- 1 x Onion
- 1/2 c. Melted butter
- 1/2 c. Cooking wine
- Salt and pepper ducks.
- Stuff each with 1/4 orange, 1/4 apple and 1/4 onion; place in roasting pan.
- Combine butter and wine.
- Pour over ducks.
- Bake at 350 for 2 to 2-1/2 hrs or possibly till tender, basting every 15 min.
- Serve with wild rice, a vegetable and an orange-flavored congealed salad.
