Baked Ducks Recipe

  1. Salt and pepper ducks.
  2. Stuff each with 1/4 orange, 1/4 apple and 1/4 onion; place in roasting pan.
  3. Combine butter and wine.
  4. Pour over ducks.
  5. Bake at 350 for 2 to 2-1/2 hrs or possibly till tender, basting every 15 min.
  6. Serve with wild rice, a vegetable and an orange-flavored congealed salad.
