Creamy Broccoli-Stuffed Chicken Breasts

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Combine stuffing mix and water in large bowl.
  3. Let stand 5 min.
  4. Meanwhile, pound chicken to 1/4-inch thickness using meat mallet.
  5. Add broccoli to stuffing; mix lightly.
  6. Spread evenly onto chicken breasts to within 1/2 inch of outer edges.
  7. Roll up each chicken breast from one of the short ends, enclosing the stuffing mixture.
  8. Place chicken, seam-sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish.
  9. Mix soup and milk; pour over chicken.
  10. Sprinkle with paprika and Parmesan cheese.
  11. Bake 30 min.
  12. or until chicken is cooked through (170 degrees F).
