Almond Roca Bars Recipe
- 1/2 lb Butter
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Granulated sugar
- 1 c. Flour
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 x Egg yolk
- 6 x Hershey bars
- 1 c. Minced almonds
- Cream butter and sugars.
- Add in egg yolk.
- Mix baking pwdr with flour.
- Add in to butter mix.
- Spread proportionately in 9x13 pan.
- Bake 325 degrees for 25 min.
- Put bars of chocolate on top immediately.
- Spread when it melts to cover the top.
- (I put them back in oven for just a minute or possibly two so the chocolate will heat faster).
- Sprinkle with minced almonds.
