Bob's Vegetable Beef Soup Recipe
- 1 lb Grnd chuck
- 1 x Yellow onion medium diced
- 4 c. Water
- 1 can Carrots with juice
- 1 can Peas with juice
- 1 can Tomato wedges with juice
- 1 bag frzn mixed vegetables, (western style/country style)
- 3 x Potatoes, up to 5, sliced
- 2 x Bay leaves
- Brown meat with onion, salt and pepper to taste.
- After the meat is browned, add in other ingredients bring to boil for 30 min.
- Turn down and cook on low for 1 1/2 hrs.
- Simmer for 30 min.
