Pasta A La Calligeros
- 1 large box mixed (red, green and yellow) pasta
- 3 bell peppers (red, green and yellow), sliced
- 2 small cans black olives
- 1 (16 oz.) Italian turkey sausage (made by Butterball)
- 2 (6 oz.) jars artichokes, drained
- 2 cucumbers, quartered and sliced
- 1/2 jar green olives with pimentos or to taste
- 1 or 2 green zucchini, quartered and sliced
- Parmesan to taste
- Italian salad dressing to taste (I use Good Seasons pkg. Italian dressing mix)
- Make pasta curly noodles according to directions.
- While warm, sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Mix real good.
- Add more Parmesan, so it's all the way through.
- Add the dressing (not too much; just enough that it's not dry).
- Add all other ingredients.
- Mix well and refrigerate a couple hours or overnight.
- Enjoy.
