Meat Cabbage Rolls (Pressure Cooker) Recipe

  1. Separate cabbage leaves and soften in boiling water.
  2. Drain.
  3. Combine meat, salt, pepper, cooked rice and lowfat milk; mix well.
  4. Place a Tbsp.
  5. of mix on cabbage leaf and roll up and place in pressure cooker which you have melted the 2 Tbsp.
  6. of shortening in.
  7. Brown slightly.
  8. Sprinkle with brown sugar and add in 1/2 c. water.
  9. Close cover securely.
  10. Cook 10 min at highest pressure.
  11. Remove from heat and let pressure drop.
