Hot Creamy Crab Dip
- 1 lb shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 lb cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 lb crabmeat
- crusty bread, for dipping
- Mix first nine ingredients, leaving out about a cup of cheese for topping.
- Fold in crab meat.
- Spread mixture into a glass casserole dish.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Serve hot with crusty French or Italian bread.
