Tea Sandwiches with Avocado and Radish

  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. Place baguette slices on baking sheet, and toast 3 minutes on each side, or until lightly browned.
  3. Whisk together mayonnaise, 1 Tbs.
  4. lemon zest and 2 tsp.
  5. lemon juice in small bowl.
  6. Spread mayonnaise mixture over cooled baguette slices, then top with
  7. egg slices.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Top each sandwich with radish slices and a basil leaf.
  10. Place 2 avocado slices on each sandwich.
  11. Sprinkle shallots over each, and serve.
