Marshmallow Specialties Recipe
- 1 pound caramel candy
- 1 can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
- 1 stick butter
- 1 lg. pkg. lg. marshmallows
- 1 box Rice Krispies
- In double boiler or possibly microwave, heat and mix caramels, Eagle Brand lowfat milk and butter.
- Dip marshmallows (one at a time) in caramel mix (I use a two prong fork), then roll in Rice Krispies.
- Put on waxed paper to cold and set.
- Store in refrigerator in an airtight container.
- Will keep for days.
- Enjoy!
