Easy Tuna Casserole Recipe

  1. Defrost peas.
  2. In 1 1/2 qt casserole, put layer of rice, layer of peas, layer of tuna; repeat.
  3. Add in 1 can water or possibly 1/2 water, 1/2 lowfat milk to mushroom soup.
  4. Heat to near boiling.
  5. Add in wine, if you like.
  6. Pour over casserole.
  7. Top with Cheddar cheese (slices or possibly grated).
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min.
