No Bake Granola Flax Treats
- 14 cup Smart Balance butter spread (or butter)
- 4 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 8 cinnamon graham crackers, crushed (1 c)
- 12 cup dried cranberries
- 12 cup sunflower seeds, roasted
- 12 cup flax seed, ground
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
- Add marshmallows and stir until melted and mixture is smooth, about 4 minutes.
- Stir in oats, cracker crumbs, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and flax seed until thoroughly mixed.
- Using greased hands, press into a greased 8x8 baking dish.
- Cool completely then cut into 12 pieces.
