HORSERADISH-CHIVE SAUCE

• 1 pint sour cream
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1/2 cup freshly grated horseradish
• 2 tablespoons chopped chives
• Salt and pepper, to taste

1. Fold all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
