Light Feta and Mint Dip

  1. Place Philly*, feta and lemon juice in a food processor and process until smooth.
  2. Spoon into a bowl along with the onion, mint and pepper and mix well to combine.
  3. Chill for at least 1/2 hour before serving to develop the flavours.
  4. Spoon mixture into serving bowl and garnish with extra mint.
  5. Serve with Turkish bread, cucumber sticks and chipolatas.
