Easy Chocolate Cake
- 1 pkg. (18.25 oz.) devil's food cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 3/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product
- 1 can (16 oz.) reduced fat ready-to-spread chocolate frosting
- Mix cake mix, water, applesauce and egg substitute at low speed of electric mixer until moistened.
- Beat 2 minutes at high speed.
- Pour into 2 greased 9-inch round cake pans.
- Bake at 350F for 25 minutes or until done.
- Cool completely and frost.
