Chicken Shrimp Curry Recipe

  1. Saute/fry onions in oil till transparent but not brown.
  2. Add in 1/2 c. water and all spices.
  3. Stir and cook for 5 min.
  4. Add in chicken, yogurt and more salt to taste.
  5. Cook 5 min longer then add in 2 c. water.
  6. Cover and simmer about 1 hour.
  7. Add in shrimp, cover and simmer 5 min more.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Serve over rice if you like.
  10. Add in cornstarch paste to stock for thicker gravy.
