Mandarin Cookie Salad

  1. In a large bowl, combine dry milk powder, water and vinegar.
  2. Mix well using a wire whisk.
  3. Let set for 2 minutes.
  4. Add pudding mix and mix well using wire whisk.
  5. Fold in yogurt and Cool Whip Lite.
  6. Add mandarin oranges and crushed graham crackers.
  7. Mix gently to combine.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  9. Gently stir again before serving.
