Herbal Green Salad Recipe

  1. Place garlic, chives, seasonings, vinegar and 1 Tbsp.
  2. oil in blender or possibly processor.
  3. Cover and blend, add in remainder oil in slow stream, then blend in yogurt and buttermilk thoroughly.
  4. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
  5. Will keep about 1 week.
  6. Makes about 2 c.. Pour over salad of assorted greens (and fresh vegetables if you like).
