Apple Crumble Cupcakes

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 24 cupcakes, stirring apples and cinnamon into batter before spooning into prepared muffin cups.
  3. Cool in pans 10 min.
  4. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
  5. Meanwhile, cut butter into combined flour and granulated sugar until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  6. Sprinkle onto rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Bake 15 to 20 min.
  8. or until lightly browned.
  9. Cool completely.
  10. Beat pudding mix, powdered sugar and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
  11. (Mixture will be thick.)
  12. Stir in COOL WHIP; spoon into resealable plastic bag.
  13. Cut piece off one bottom corner of bag; use to pipe pudding mixture onto cupcakes.
  14. Top with streusel and blackberries.
